LMFF 2013
Loreal Melbourne Fashion Festival has been happening this week, and I have managed to stay away (unfortunately, due to the student budget) however I feel like I was there, thanks to my great friends and Instagram which updates me every few minutes whilst the shows are actually on. Sothankfully, I can borrow some of their images to bring you this very post! LMFF isn’t like regular fashion weeks, it’s simply a few nights of a blend of amazing local talents sharing the runway to present a small selection of their up and coming offer.
Micah & Jesse from one of my most favourite local Melbourne blogs, Raww Blog, were regulars at LMFF this year and have already posted some great pics from the shows, see below. This incredible twosome can be spotted around Melbourne town taking unreal shots not just for their own blog, but for the likes of Vogue among others. Stylist Micah, aside form being a massive babe, puts together edgy, high end looks and models these while super photographer Jesse, works his magic, producing incredibly beautiful images for Raww.
Ellery, Ksubi, Sass & Bide, AG, Aurelio Costarella, Josh Goot & Bassike were just some of the labels on show this week, in addition to the finalists from the National Fashion Designer Graduate program, sponsored by Sportsgirl, which were showcased last night. Always a super good show, this year attended by a few of my friends.
